Bedroom 2: Flexible to provide either a double bed or two single beds.

Small enclosed patio garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Large grass area.

Parking for four cars.

Included in the price:

Bed linen, duvets and towels. Electricity and oil fired central heating. Starter pack of logs for open fire.

Cot and high chair. Selection of books, games and videos

Pets:

Two well behaved dogs welcome, but must be kept on leads in the grounds. Ample safe walking straight out of the front door.
